The Methodist Church has been established on the Waterside for well over 200 years. The current ‘Waterside Methodist Church’ was formed in September 2005 with the coming together of the three Methodist Churches at Dibden Purlieu, Fawley & Hardley. From August 2026 we will be operating solely from our building in North Road, Dibden Purlieu, SO45 4PG. Morning Worship takes place at Soul Cafe every Sunday at 11am providing a welcoming, traditional style service for all ages.  North Road is also the home of Soul Cafe – open every Thursday and Saturday for coffee and cake from 10am – 12.30pm. Soul Cafe also hosts a wide range of community and faith based activities from art groups and exhibitions to film, games and quiz nights. Live football and rugby matches are shown during major tournaments.
