The Circuit Welcome Service for Rev Stephen Robinson and his wife Dorothy took place at St James Road Methodist Church on Saturday 3rd September. The service was led by the Superintendent Rev John Hughes and the Chair of District Rev Andrew de Ville who also preached.
Friends from Midsomer Norton Methodist Church along with family were present in the congregation and were made to feel welcome. The circuit was represented and welcomes were made by each church along with local groups such as Churches Together and the Council. There were was a mix of modern worship songs and traditional hymns and we certainly sang our faith.
Following the service there was a chance to mingle and chat at a very lovely afternoon tea.
